Flexible PCB for complex switch matrix

The handling of the Flexible PCBs was improved from previous order, much less damage to contact areas. General defects were extremely low. Supplied 30 and 29 were perfect A* quality, 1 electrical reject. Note that the PCB is too large for electrical test. The plating was much better quality and gives very high confidence. On the plating, 3um ENIG plating option was done by PCBWay this time. In the past order PCBWay performed plating at 1um because it was all they could offer in 2022 and was difficult to solder, 1um must be avoided for contact area and solderability. This is excellent news for Flexible PCB because if plating done correct to 3um then can be used for switch panel applications. * Please thank the team for taking care of my order , it is really appreciated * ** The quality of these flexible PCBs was extremely high ***
