The new PCBs have arrived, and we have completed our initial inspection. Generally speaking, everything looks great and the quality is top-notch! However, we did encounter two issues that caused significant delays on our end, which we would like to address for future orders: Communication regarding Vias: There were a few communication gaps regarding the via mapping/assignment, which unnecessarily extended the preparation time. Incorrect Shipping/Franking: The shipping label/franking was incorrect. As a result, the package got held up, and we lost a massive amount of time waiting for delivery. Since our timelines are quite tight, smooth communication and correct logistics are crucial for us. We would highly appreciate it if we could optimize these points for the next batch to ensure a faster and smoother process.
