ESP32-C6 Smart AC IR Blaster

Two-layer 50x40 mm board for an ESP32-C6 Zigbee AC controller. Fabrication was exactly right where it's easy to go wrong: the module's antenna intentionally overhangs the board edge and production didn't "fix" it, the L-shaped thermal isolation slot for the humidity sensor was milled cleanly, and the silkscreen stayed sharp down to 0.6 mm labels. HASL finish and drill accuracy were spot on — the board passed our full electrical self-test on the first try, including 2.4 GHz radio performance. Fast turnaround too. Will order again.
