Dual 8-sided dice (00-77)

A relatively-simple demonstration project with a single IC, some passive components and LEDs. Dual-layer PCB, 5V power. Creates a dual 8-sided dice, sides numbered zero to seven, using the same dot pattern as my 3D-print physical dice. Ostensibly for my (toy) tabletop role-playing game Octas/cyber.
