Double Optocoupler

These boards appear to be of the usual solid construction and high quality. There is very little tolerance in the through-holes for the optocoupler component. The parts fit these boards, but not the Triple Optocoupler boards which used the same footprint, so I will alter the footprint with biger holes for the next batch.
