Display adapter

Daughter board for Sexton 2.8 inch display. Allows the display to pick up the 5V from the encoders and combine that with the serial line and some 5V to 3.3V conversion to connect other the Raspberry Pi Pico. This board is wholly SMT and is built using the supplied stencil and a hot plate to do the reflow. Very successful.
