he copper-back circuit board fabrication was excellent, with a very clean and professional finish throughout. The copper backing was flat, smooth, and well bonded, giving the boards a solid, high-quality feel and excellent thermal characteristics. The routing, drilling, plating, solder mask, and silkscreen were all precise and consistent, with no visible defects, scratches, delamination, or handling damage. The finished boards clearly showed strong process control and careful attention to the special requirements of copper-backed PCB construction.
