DCC Short circuit audible alarm

This project senses a tripped DCC circuit breaker (indicating a short) and converts it into an audible alarm. It does not rely directly on track voltage. I decided to use PCBway for my first-ever pcb because of the number of positive reviews and feedback in various forums, and my experience tracks with the positive reviews. Good communications, letting me know what was happening with my project at every step of the way. Low-cost for prototype boards, and reasonable costs for shipping. Excellent turn-around time - 7 days from uploading my ZIP gerber files, payment by paypal, and receipt of boards at my location in the USA. Quality of the boards received appears excellent, and is as expected from my KiCad design.
