The quality came out pretty good. You can see something like a brushed metal look through the nickel plating but for my purposes the finish is great, however in the future I would not order the nickel plating. I would polish the part smooth myself to avoid the brushed look. Packaging was top tier, and once the part was finished, the shipping was lightning fast. From China to California in 2 days. I would absolutely use their machining services again, especially for the price. The same product would cost 10 times as much from the quotes I received to have it made in the USA, so even with the crazy tariffs that the US government has imposed, it’s still a great option. The customer service and communication was far better than what I am used to as well. They were very helpful to answer any questions I had about importing a product into the US, which saved me from a bit of stress. The engineering department was also helpful with my initial 3d model, helping with a couple changes to make it better to machine.
