The technical support for this SMD assembly order was exceptional. Grace Yao and the engineering team provided many valuable suggestions and patiently helped me select suitable SMD RGB LEDs for my application. They took the time to discuss the options and work through my questions rather than simply process the order. I especially appreciated Grace's kindness, professionalism and careful coordination with the engineers.
