Cable Tester -SPS054

Screen printed four prototype boards with lead solder paste and a metal spatula. The stencil worked beautifully. Stencil released well and the paste was well formed, even though I only used masking tape to hold the stencil down. Smallest package was 4x0603 resistor packs and tssop14. Only two board required a bit of touch on the resistor packs with the soldering iron up after using the hot plate to do the initial soldering. The bare stencils are low cost, of good quality and ideal for small prototype runs.
