C64 Test Harness Build

Part of a test harness build. This module plugs into the Tape Port and can be used to diagnose if the Commodore 64 Computer System has issues with loading cassette based data, including two indicator LEDs for Motor and Sense activity giving a quick visible check. The module has included the ability to leave the tester in place and attach the Datasette at the opposite end, making a good opportunity for a test point for a multimeter!
