C64 Test Harness Build

Part of a test harness build. This particular section attaches to the user port and can be used with a diagnostics cartridge to diagnose faults with a commodore 64 computer system. The use of IDC style connectors permits the test harness to be put away neatly and makes swapping out faulty modules more easier.
