Excellent PCB fabrication quality. This was a compact six-layer, 0.8 mm prototype board with small vias, fine traces, ENIG finish, and detailed panelization requirements. PCBWay’s engineering team reviewed the fabrication files carefully and contacted me to resolve questions about the stackup, copper thickness, via treatment, silkscreen, and panel layout before production. The finished boards look very professional. The solder mask and silkscreen are clean, the routing and board edges are precise, and the plated holes, vias, slots, and exposed pads appear well made. The boards are flat, the panelization is neat, and the overall workmanship is excellent. I am very pleased with the fabrication quality and would confidently use PCBWay again for future prototype boards.
