Arcade Button Matrix Board Ver 1.0

I soldered all the intended components as indicated on my PCB, and unexpectedly ran into an issue where the fourth column didn't respond after having some arcade buttons (wired to a 2-wire JST-XH cable). I realized after a thoroughly backtracked design review, I misunderstood button matrix connections. Using a multimeter to confirm the quality of the copper traces meant that the PCB itself was created exactly as designed, and there were no continuity issues. I told myself I'd leave a feedback review of this PCB after I figured out what I missed during the design process and designed a revision. The quality of the produced board is 10/10, I couldn't be happier with the physical appearance (and electrical functionality)!
