Aper-Oculus Prototype Run

Excellent assembly and communication with orientation of parts/connectors to ensure no resoldering would be done on my end. Also followed nuanced instructions of removing an inductor that would make no sense to ship to China just to be assembled. Boards all came assembled, and have been brought up through power sequencing, save for one which is thought to have a bad IC on the power supply monitoring (I am troubleshooting possible issues).
