Accurate FPC
This FPC has very precise stack-up thicknesses and manufacturing accuracy requirements. The staff at PCBWay were incredibly fantastic at helping me find out the exact thicknesses of each layer and each section of the stack-up to help us design what we needed. There are burrs on the stainless steel bottom stiffener, and discolouration (we think from you needing a stronger laser), which isn't ideal but overall the design is as we requested. Once we sanded off the burrs, the FPC thicknesses were of incredibly close accuracy to what we needed. We are grateful for the time taken by staff to help us from my customer contact to the fabrication team.
