A great support resource

As a US manufacturer & small business, I am a "maker" of sorts; my business primarily serves artists, and developing modern tools and technologies that lower barriers for those looking to get into the art trades. However, as an artist myself, I get some of the most unusual commissioned work on occasion, and this particular project not only exceeded the capacities of my 3 & 4th axis CNC machines, but also, due to the unique geometry involved, my domestic manufacturing partners wouldn't even try to help. While the job ran slightly past the quoted lead time, I'm not very bothered. They were packaged very well, and the quality is just ... exceptional. I had accounted for some additional time for post-processing before assembling with the remainder of the in-house fabricated pieces & paint. But it's not really needed. Kingsley provided excellent communication and follow-up when things ran behind, providing transparency and reason. Even responding to me on the weekend, which, if I'm being honest, I would have been happy to wait until business hours for an update .. Nonetheless, as someone who runs a sales team. Your commitment didn't go unnoticed. Thank you. Hopefully, in the future, the tariff rate will improve a bit to make these services more competitive vs domestic machining costs for similar materials. But for this type of complex work, I'll certainly be back.
