AFE4490 SMD

For this order we got a prototype for our AFE4490 board with SMD components. This provides SpO2 readings with both wired SPI and wireless wi-fi interfaces for our project. The quality seems pretty good, I've tested 3 boards and they work, i could not see any defects when inspecting the other boards.
