I should not have picked a framed stencil for a board this small, it made it difficult to work with, but this was my mistake not PCBway's

Stencil worked great, no complaints on the manufacturing. Probably would have chosen a slightly thinner material next time, got some modest solder bridging on the ATTiny88.
