It would be great, if you could put humidity indicator in the packages. Silica gel can only help if the package does not have any damage.

Very carfully produced PCB. All traces were connected and the BGA with via in PAD worked. Thank you for all the effort in Production. I will definetely order again for small HDI PCBs.
