This is a long, narrow aluminum substrate board. Fit and finish were excellent. The boards were nice and flat despite them being so narrow. The ENIG finish is flat and that helps when mounting the LED...
Fit and finish: excellent! Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased with how the boards came out. The purple soldermask really pops!
