Advised that i dont really need castellation, just plated holes in pads.....price was kept the same as if it was castelleted board.

This is a simple solution to surface mount filter capacitors adjacent to a 7805 and similar linear regulators. Very simple, I made the TO-220 lead holes undersized but it is still posible to use.
