SMD neatly placed and soldered. TH leads could do with trimming. Suggest visual inspection to IPC class 2 post TH soldering.

this pcb has a timer on it to make leds go in a paten like a traffic light. the experience ordering with pcb way was good and the pcbs arrived in a reasonable amount of time. overall a good experience...
