Even though I did send a modified BOM to the assembly team, they still used the original BOM and made some mistakes, but I helped them correct the issues. And the assemble was great!
The assembled PCBs look excellent, and I am pleased with the result. We have not tested the boards yet, but we fully expect a good outcome.
