111A Battery shell

Great service from PCBway, this was a difficult print that needed SLS printing due to very thin structures, which were unavoidable as internal and external dimensions are constrained leaving no tolerance for increasing wall thickness. For this reason I couldn’t print it at home with my FDM printer. PCBway warned that it was a higher risk print due to this design, but were happy to proceed provided I accepted the risk - which is totally fair as I already knew the print was difficult. Printed items arrived quickly well within the estimated delivery time and the printed battery holders are are really good 3D prints and are perfect. These battery holders are designed to take a 18650 cell and to replace an Epson 111A proprietary lithium battery which has been discontinued by Epson. These battery holders will allow me to replace the failing battery and extend the life of my Epson P5000 Media/Photo Storage/Viewer. So, summary; quality 3D print and great service.

    Everything went smoothly, the PCB turned out great, even with the line art on the back side. The stencil worked great too. As always big thanks to the PCBWay team for yet another awesome PCB!
    After assembled I shall edit the sketch of operation and displaying.
