I'm creating my first shared projects. I've created images to the requested dimensions: 546x390 (width x height), jpg format. When I upload them they are being cropped even smaller. Sometimes the upload box shows a window I can drag around to show the area to be cropped.
When I view the images on the published project page they're back to 546x390, so they're clearly being cropped and then enlarged, which will be reducing the image quality. I'm not sure if this is a bug your end, a browser issue (I'm in Opera) or I'm doing something wrong.
