I recently purchased a second-hand HP53181A device. I would love to build the 3GHz card project you shared, but unfortunately, I cannot order the PCB from PCBWay due to shipping restrictions to Turkey. Because of current political and customs regulations, we are unable to use shopping platforms like AliExpress, eBay, or Amazon.
However, if you could share the Gerber files, I would like to try etching and making the PCB myself at home.
