i need a detailed sample RFP for ordering PCB, i have multiple designs of 6, 4 and 2 layers boards for a medical grade device and also it has regid and regid-flex, i will also provide the all geber and bom respectively for each of the PCB design, so please guide me through this and provide me the RFP format or guide lines so that i can submit to our management for further process.
