Hello,
I am looking to order a part that interfaces with a D-profile actuator
shaft. The shaft has an outer diameter of 1.5 mm with a 0.2 mm deep
flat.
The challenge is that the mating hole is blind, so conventional
processes such as wire EDM may not be feasible. Do you have the
manufacturing capabilities to produce a blind hole with this D-profile
geometry while maintaining the required precision?
Please let me know if you can manufacture this part and if you need
any additional information or drawings to evaluate the design. I have
