Dual-channel isolated RS485 expansion board
Introduction:
The dual-channel isolated RS485 expansion board specially designed for Raspberry Pi adopts SC16IS752+SP3485 scheme, with built-in protection circuits such as power isolation, ADI magnetic coupling isolation and TVS.
My operation is simple, and I can control two RS485 communication paths through the SPI interface, with automatic transmission and reception conversion. It has the characteristics of fast communication speed, stability, reliability and safety, and can be applied to industrial automation and other fields.
Features:
- Based on Raspberry Pi 40pin GPIO interface, it is suitable for Raspberry Pi series motherboards.
- With SC16IS752 and SP3485 dual-chip combination scheme, SPI to RS485 can be realized, and the communication rate is as high as 921600bps.
- Support manual or automatic data sending and receiving, which can be set by dip switch.
- On-board TVS (transient voltage suppression tube) can effectively suppress surge voltage and transient peak voltage in the circuit, and prevent lightning and static electricity.
- On-board self-recovery fuse and protection diode can ensure stable output of current and voltage, prevent over-current and over-voltage and improve shock resistance.
- On-board power supply and serial port transceiver indicator light facilitate viewing module power supply and communication status.
- SPI control interface is led out to facilitate access to Arduino and other main control boards.
