This is a BLDC motor drive with supply up to 36V and power rating up to 400W. The board is 4 layers with routing on the outside and ground and power planes on the inner 2 layers. Because there is cycle to cycle current limiting it needs the 4 layer configuration to keep switching noise to a minimum. It uses the OnSemi MC33035 3phase controller and an XMOS microprocessor for overall control and LCD display. The boards are excellent and were delivered on time! The finish is high quality, track and gaps are high accuracy, plated through holes from 2mm down to 0.3mm are clean and accurate with no blockages and finally no shorts or open circuits!
