CP2102N USB to TTL/RS485 interface / CP2102N playground

This project has been a simple USB to TTL/RS485 interface board utilizing the CP2102N chipset. It contains a TVS diode array / ESD suppressor for inpuit protection on the USB port, the CP2102N, TTL output, two LEDs for RX and TX as well as an MAX485 half duplex RS485 interface IC that's driven by the CP2102N. All GPIO pins of the CP2102N are exposed on a pin header to be able to play around with features such as the charge controller, suspend / wakeup features, etc. - the idea was to have a board to evaluate features that are not available by cheap USB to TTL adapters. Since the board utilizes a TPD4E02B04DQAR TVS diode array it had to be manufactured with 4/4mil spacing - as expected from PCBWay the manufacturing turned out to work flawless and thanks to the high quality of the solder resist mask soldering using reflow paste worked flawless and easy. The order process worked very simple and the review by PCBWays technicians was extremly fast as usual - also the production time turned out to be again faster as one could imagine and all PCBs arrived in flawless condition. Again PCBWay turned out to be the perfect choice to manufacture PCBs - also in small series or hobby environment. The design files and a link to a blog article explaining the reasoning behind this design are available on GitHub (https://github.com/tspspi/cp2102n_ttl_rs485).
