Awesome work as always - they look injection moulded.
Pi5 side mount daughter board with 5V1 6A power supply that exposes 4 UART interfaces (2 TTL, 2 RS232) and the SPI1 interface.
Stencil worked as required. Cutouts were all in place as expected
