Designed an adapter for a shaft with a special spline on it. The part was machined perfectly out of Aluminum. The only downside is that it was a bit too expensive for the size and material.

Very tight tolerance shaft and o-ring grooves. Amazing quality.
Cylinder with bore, tight tolerance o-ring groove. The part had some crazing (made of acrylic) but PCBWay helped solve the issue.
Thin walled stainless with internal grooves and tight tolerances. Even a Hirth joint on one of the ends. Amazing quality
