Choosing the Correct Hole Diameters for Soldering Square Pins on a PCB

In my PCB, I need to solder square pins into circular holes on traces. The pins have basis diameters of 1.4mm and 1.05mm.

Which hole diameter should I include in the design: 1.4mm and 1.05mm (assuming the manufacturer will account for tolerance and plating thickness), or should I design 1.55mm and 1.2mm holes (adding 0.15mm for tolerance and plating thickness)?”
