PET recycling machine
This project is about to create a PET recycling machine. It allows to recicle the PET bottles and generate PET filament for 3D printing. Most of the pieces are printed in PLA and some parts of a 3D printer are reused.
Here are the things you need to assemble your own machine:
- REX-C100 thermocouple module --> https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DBMb96N
- 1,7mm drill bit --> https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DkLSaPF
- Heat block --> https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_Dn3ss9f **** Be carefull and buy one compatible with your REX C100***
- ****This heat block brings an RTC and the REX C100 is for thermocouples. You need to buy Thermocouples to replace the RTC or buy directly a REX C100 module compatible with RTC****
- K-type thermocouple --> https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DdS8P69
- PWM controller --> https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DmM9zsZ
- ON/OFF switch --> https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DkAucEt
Attached is a picture of how to connect all the mechanical and electronics components
You can find all the STL needed for the machine and the bottle cutter ready to print in the following link:
