DDR5 RDIMM Test Board - Assembly

This is a test DIMM for evaluating DDR5 Registered DIMM data buffers and register chips. The effort included fabricating the 12-layer PCBs (in an array) and assembling the parts (double sided). After we approved the images of the assembly of the first article, the remaining parts (50 total) were assembled and shipped within a couple days. Assembly only had one very minor issue: the kapton tape used to cover the gold edge fingers during solder reflow was only removed on some of the DIMMs (very minor for us because we do 100% inspection on these, so we were already handling every part).
