Converter board for multimeter.

3.6V to 9V TP4056/MT3608-based step-up converter for integration into multimeter battery. Converter with auto start and auto shutdown. When there is no load, the converter is turned off. The current consumed is small. When the multimeter is turned on, the current consumption increases and the converter is turned on. The Li-pol 1000 mAh battery lasts approximately 6-10 months for in a UNI-T UT71C multimeter.
