Will you be able to make a PCB which uses WLP, pitch/e=0.4 mm?

Hi, I have a PCB with e=3.5 for the WLP ball pitch, and e=.4.

Will you be able to fabricate/assemble boards that use these ball pitches

(max32664 (also available in tqfn), max86141 (only available as wlp e=.4).
