Surface Finish: ENEPIG

Hi!

Could you please clarify the following questions:


1. What layer in Eagle should I use, to have ENEPIG finish be applied to my board?

2. If I don't need Silkscreen, will you aplly Surface Finish everywhere? How about ENEPIG finish?
