Design question on current return path & 0 ohm resistor.

I am designing a 2-layer PCB, the bottom layer is GND and the top layer is signal and power. The PCB has some sensors and an arduino, also the I2C is used.

I'm learning but I am confused about how I can take it into account in my design. Should I have a via next to any power (Vcc) and signal (SDA+SCLK) pin? Also, I had to cross an SDA route with a Vcc route, so I used a 0 ohm resistor to route SDA between the 0 ohm resistor pads. Cross coupling may happen?
