Greetings,
I would like to aksk, where in your quote tool should I click and what should I select, to have a PCB fabricated with solder balls on top (no electronic components).
Also, could the solder ball be above a via directly, to have a more compact design, instead of having the via separately on the diagonal side.
An lastly, could you give me even a very rough price estimate for a 100x100 PCB, 10 layer, containing 2500 solderballs ?
