Description
SPI Level Shifter
I needed to program a SPI FLASH, at 1.8V. Using FT232H USB/Serial converter the levels are at 3.3V. This board provides level shifting between the two. For power it uses a USB Mini (no data, just power).
On-board regulators make 3.3V and 1.8V.
MASTER side jumpers select 3.3V or 5V levels.
SLAVE side jumpers select 3.3V or 1.8V levels.
Also jumpers are provided to invert the signals if needed.
Signals converted:
SPI SCLK
SPI MOSI
SPI MISO
SPI CSb (chip select, or slave-select)
In my use case, I select 3.3V on the MASTER side (FT232H), and 1.8V on the SLAVE side (FLASH).
