Operating a conventional typewriter-based Dvorak keyboard for two decades caused the repetitive stress injury of my left hand and wrist. The act of encoding language into a 19th-century mechanical typewriter format is stressful and physically damaging.

I build writing instruments that are designed for human hands. For over a year, I have exclusively used my hardwired Dvorak 2024 keyboards. The keys are now positioned where my two hands expect them to be. Writing feels like a natural act; it no longer causes me pain.

Writers that use a Dvorak 2024 keyboard will flourish. Stop typing and start writing... Writing is fun.

The old chunky case is replaced by a seek little box. The new PCB design is optimized for that new case. It now includes seven mounting holes for a future minimalist case.

The new PCB can use the Elite-C or new Elite-Pi. I am starting a build with the Elite-Pi. The firmware will be uploaded as soon as I write it.
