[PCB Prototype] Is 0.15mm minimum trace/space considered equivalent to 6mil minimum trace/space?

I have a PCB design with minimum trace/space 0.15mm. In your Online Quote for Standard PCB, is it sufficient to specify "6/6mil", or do I have to specify "5/5mil"?

[PCB Prototype] What is the function of the track around this PCB?

Is this only to look cool or does having the copper exposed like this add any functionality? It's a PS3 Camera PCB.
