All I have are a bunch of 8050s and I want to use them as power switches for driving a DC motor. Since the motor will draw more then the maximum amperage rating for an 8050 I was wondering if I could just use two or more with all pins on common rails? And if so would I have to worry about the electrical characteristics of the base pin rail being different from the base pin of a single 8050?
