I need to design a board with high speed signals like DDR3. I see that its possible to specify what type of laminate to be used. But when specifying the stack-up and the laminate thickness between signal and GND layer, the final Dielectric Constant based on the final thickness of the laminate will change.
How can I get information about what the final Dielectric Constant will be?
