I am working on a sheet metal project that has three separate parts. The parts are designed in Fusion360 using the sheet metal toolbar. I am new to this design process and have a few questions to make sure I sent the correct files for manufacturing:
Can I upload the .step file with all the bends and cuts included, to request a quote. Or do I need to convert them to a flat pattern first and then export to .step?
The parts have threaded holes. Can I simply make a design drawing that specifies the dimensions of these holes. Or do I need to specify the location of these holes and dimensions of the sheet metal parts as wel in the 2D drawing?
