I have a very small and thin PCB I am trying to design to work in a very small space. Essential trying to only solder a SOT-23 to another SMD chip, hoping to mount them on either side of a double layer board.
Since there willbe several of these small boards layed out on one workpice, I need a way of breaking each board away and still maintaining a good edge tolerance.
What's the smallest hole size I can practically have drilled to perform the perforations I would need? There will be a lot of these holes of course.
